I had a problem with my humidifier and gave Official Plumbing and heating a call. The plumbers came by Andrew and his partner. They were right on time as per schedule and were knowledgeable about what was going on with my humidifier. Excellent customer service and professional. Thank you for your help and quotes.

Can I give more than 5 stars please? Stephen and Keenan (and Danielle at reception on the phone for explanation and booking) were absolutely amazing. They came to my house in Chestermere to investigate a clogged shower drain and they were incredible - they took the time to really fix and diagnose the issue, in addition to another clogged drain and related venting issue with the toilet. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and super clean and sanitary as well. Thank you so much and you will be my first call next time as well!

A heartfelt thank you to Andrew & Keenan for their professionalism & for being really nice guys - very personable & respectful towards me & my property. They worked under challenging conditions in a 42 year old high rise condo to change out the shower water controller & cartridge as well as the tub spout, & shower head. Andrew minimized the size of the access hole which was completely covered by a renovation plate - a great relief for me. I can highly recommend Official Plumbing - don’t hesitate to call them. They are exceptional.

We recently sprung a leak in our furnace room, so we called Official. Being an emergency call, they were able to get someone within a couple hours. Thankfully, they sent Andrew. He was great communicating his arrival time, what the issue was, how he was fixing it, as well as made some additional recommendations we should consider. Andrew was great to work with, and I will be requesting him on any future visits!
