Was looking for a new dentist downtown near the office and tried O’Connor Dental due to all the five star reviews on Google. I have to say Dr. Rizk lives up to the hype. Excellent service from the front desk staff who were friendly and easy to book with, to the hygienist who was super friendly and gentle with the cleaning, to Dr. Rizk himself and his assistant who performed my dental work quickly and expertly. I came out loving the results of the surface fillings I got to fix up some chipped teeth and a few minor cavities. The receptionist billed it all through my insurance using the proper codes ensuring I got the maximum return I was entitled to. All around fantastic service. Finally found my new dentist in Ottawa after moving here a couple of year ago and trying out some others in the area. If you work downtown and you have the PSHCP you have to see this dentist. You will not be disappointed!

My appointment was to install a replacement crown for an old one that had cracked. Dr Rizk pulled out the temporary one, and tried the new one, which only needed a minor adjustment. He then cemented the new crown in place and I was done! Very quick, efficient and skillful service by him and his team! Thanks!
