My dental appointments went very well. Renee did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr Husack did a great job installing my crown. Also thank you to Alia for assisting Husack. Thank you Nuvo Dental for making me feel comfortable and helping me though all of the appointments. Great work Nuvo Team!

Absolutely impressed and overjoyed with the quality and level of compassion shown to my mom. The sedation and dentistry performed was absolutely elite, Dr Diener and his team are fabulous. Thank you very very much.

Dr. Diener saved me from a painful tooth issue I had been dealing with for over a year! Appreciate his patience and skills. And the dental assistants are exceptional. All in all a great dental team. I would highly recommend.

I’ve always had a lot of anxious feelings about getting dental work done, so I was very nervous when I went in to Nuvo to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once! Luckily, Dr. Diener and his team made me feel safe, comfortable and like I was truly a priority to them. They were professional and efficient, however I never felt rushed. I felt respected and cared for by both the doctor and the dental assistants (sorry that I don’t have their names at the top of my head!). I would happily come back here if I ever need any more work done in the future.

I have always taken time to write detailed reviews, as I know how valuable they are for businesses and consumers. Sadly, this isn’t a positive review for Nuvo Dental. In September, I called to book a cleaning before getting braces and mentioned I was a new neighbor looking for a clinic for my family. The receptionist said they had no availability and wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Only when I explained that I didn’t need an extended new patient exam, just a cleaning, did she reluctantly fit me in. That interaction wasn't welcoming or positive but I thought perhaps it was just an off day. At my appointment, I arrived early to complete forms, but the receptionist claimed she didn’t receive my previous records, even though she had assured me on the phone that she’d request them. Not a problem but just felt a bit stressful for a first time meeting. She just seemed very curt. The cleaning itself was okay—my hygienist was very kind & friendly—but I experienced multiple painful stabs into my gums, which I’ve never had happen before during a cleaning. When I went to leave, I was surprised to be told I owed money, as I had believed to have had full coverage. Both ladies at the front informed me that our coverage wasn’t full and that I did, in fact, owe a balance (it wasn't a large amount, just had surprised me as we had previously had full coverage between our dental plans). Their tone was unsympathetic, making the misunderstanding feel even more embarrassing. I just paid and left. I initially wrote it off as an off day until my husband went for his cleaning last week. He was charged $100 out of pocket on a $300 bill because they exceeded the “units” covered by our plan. They knew his benefits details beforehand and should have communicated this to both him, and his hygienist but they didn’t. He pointed out that paying a third of the bill out of pocket was a significant error in their communication to the patient. He requested that they lower it but they refused. They told him that our benefits only cover six cleaning units per year, and he had already used three at our previous clinic in the spring. They had apparently used four units during his cleaning that day but failed to inform him that this was happening. He left upset and said we will be finding a new clinic. This experience has been deeply disappointing. Their lack of communication, transparency, and warmth is unacceptable in my view. I had high hopes for Nuvo, but I can’t recommend them.
