An awesome service from the start that I called (January 20,2026). EH Services PRO already impressed me with the friendly customer service (HELEN) over the phone. Accurate and fast. SAM the technician who came to the house was friendly and reliable. I was relieved after the bedroom lock was opened. Very reasonable price. More power EH SERVICES!!

Visiting from LA, my suitcase zipper/lock system had become stuck and after several attempts I was unable to fix it myself. I called EH Services Pro, spoke with Salim and he assured me that he was 95% positive he'd get my suitcase open by any means necessary. I was trying to remain calm but was definitely anxious as I was scheduled to DJ within two hours and needed to get in that suitcase ASAP. All heroes do not wear capes!! Salim, he came, he saw the issue and he conquered it like it was nothing!!! He opened the suitcase, very minimal damage so it could be easily repaired later with the original zipper pulls intact(see picture, he was surgical with it!!). I am and was so very grateful for his help. Definitely saved the day!! Suitcase lock y'all. EH Services Pro fixed it, so it's safe to say any lock issue you're having, call them. No need to hesitate, he got to me QUICK QUICK, fixed my problem and had me on my way to my show. I hope I never have this issue again, but if I do, Salim is getting that call. EH SERVICES PRO.
