I went in today to ask about there services and when I turned to leave I could see in the reflection of the glass the little blonde girl making nasty faces at my appearance. I thought the point of going to the salon was to make me feel beautiful not put me down. At least wait till Im out the door to be nasty.

Loveeee how I wasn’t made aware my appointment was cancelled since you guys are restructuring and have let staff go. You ask for your time to be respected and for fees to be paid if people cancel late but you can’t even bother to give the same respect back to clients who have been coming there for years. Will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that respects their clients and their staff ✌️

Kate has been incredibly helpful with healing and clearing up my skin! I’ve gotten a skin consultation and a facial from Kate and she is TOP TIER. She was so knowledgeable and created me my own skincare routine with product recommendations within my budget. It never felt like she was trying to sell me product just for the sake of selling product. And my skin has never been better! Her facial services are fantastic and she made me feel comfortable, relaxed and so good leaving my appointment. My only wish is being able to go more frequently!

I adore Kate! She is very knowledgeable about all of the skin products at Vanish. I was having a reaction to my face and was so depressed. Kate answered all my texts and helped me keep my sanity. My skin is now better than ever. I will always use the products she recommends. Her smile lights up the room when you walk in for your treatment and she makes you feel so lovely and glowing after a facial. She’s the best!
