I had an excellent experience with this aesthetician. I went in for a consultation regarding my damaged skin barrier, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested the best skincare routine for both pre- and post-treatment and even planned my full aftercare routine. The consultation fee was $50, but she kindly didn’t charge me in the end, which I truly appreciated. She was amazing at her job—very professional, with no awkwardness, giggling, or judgment at all. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her expertise. I’m very grateful to have found such a skilled practitioner, and I’m really looking forward to getting my under-eye treatment done with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this. They offer excellent advice and truly care about their clients.

My skin was feeling dull and yucky, so I booked in for a much-needed facial and WOW. Total game changer. I left with what felt like brand new skin. Soft, glowing, and totally refreshed. My first facial ever and it was so amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I have always been self conscious when going into places like this but it I am so glad I went! She did an excellent job and I will be back regularly! Highly recommend the platinum facial for first timers! My skin feels so clean, fresh and dewy!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Nouveau for a deluxe hydra facial treatment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. A special thanks to Vanessa for providing such a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment—her expertise and care truly shows in her treatments. The space itself is absolutely stunning, adding to the overall soothing ambiance. I highly recommend Nouveau for anyone looking to pamper themselves with top-notch treatments. I’ll definitely be returning!

Chelsea was fantastic! Explained every step before she did it and the possible sensations I would feel and made sure if anything was ever uncomfortable to let her know so that she could stop/neutralize the product. I loved my platinum hydra facial and will definitely be going back! I also enjoyed that she did not pressure me into buying any products at the end of the appointment.
