The service are not bad . Just Price are much higher than anther suppliers ,thay have everything but $$$experience And most tellers that don't work out to adjust the price ...

Came in recently to purchase some plumbing supplies and we were helped by Keith. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us since we had an unusual request. Definitely will come back and recommend the Next based on that.

I have just called this store to inquire about commercial shower repair parts, not to accommodating. He said outright no! and changed his answer to okay when I told him that I have called Zurn Canadian Rep and had adviced me to call this store to arrange for an order to be placed. Kept insisting that I have to have an account to do that but never mentioned or even educate me that I can register. Just another lazy worker who want to earn money doing easy job of saying "no" to customers. BAD DUDE.
