Sean was super helpful! He gave a couple options to consider, and I went with his recommendation and opted for a LSDA key, which is more affordable (but cannot be copied as easily). I called when I couldn't get my original key to fully fit in the lock, an issue I had faced previously. I compared it to the other key copy I have for that door, and I noticed some slight differences, so both probably weren't cut exactly the same. That might have been the source of the problem. In any case, I'm thrilled it's fixed.

I was very happy with the service I received from Sean at Next Level Locksmith. I originally just wanted him to get me a new lock for my mailbox but then also had him give me a new lock for my internal condo door. The time it took him to do both was incredible (almost too quick as I wasn't in that much of a hurry to get back to work!) and he was so professional, easy to deal with as well as giving me peace of mind.
