Place was dirty, manager need to teach you staff to wash their hands after handling money. Your cashier doesn't want to wash her hands. But I made her washing her hands for food safety.

Dirty practices. The scruffy worker in the middle of the line was cleaning with a cloth and digging bits of food waste out of the corners with his fingernails. The lady at the end of the line passed my poutine to the dirty hands guy to close the box and put in in a bag for me. I won't be going back here. Don't handle people's food with filthy hands.

Went here with my partner. They ordered a plain hot dog and the people behind the register audibly laughed at them. Horrible service and not even friendly. Don’t recommend and don’t plan to come back even though we love new york fries.

We recently visited NY Fries at Midtown Mall, and it was an awesome experience! The fries were fresh, crispy, and perfectly lightly salted—just how I like them. The service was top-notch, quick, and efficient. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was great. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend.

Food was really good. I got the works-regular size. Yummy me and my child loved the flavor. Workers were nice, a bit distracted. We came mid morning so not much people around. But good otherwise. Not busy around 10:30am-11am.

This place is so unsanitary like their fries are kept out in the air and ready in the baskets with multiple stacked on top of each other. There's probabaly a lot of bacteria in them for this. Although the workers are really friendly it doesn't make up for their poor sanitation
