We had just been through a terrible price gauging experience elsewhere, so we walked in here to make an appointment to neuter our kitten. The clinic is small, quiet and calm. The staff is friendly, professional and honest! We got an appointment for a basic exam a few days later and a neuter one week later. We were given a very affordable quote up front as well. The exam with the vet was great, he was thorough, explained everything clearly and also let me make my own decision without pressure or guilt. The neuter surgery went perfectly and not only was our quote honoured, but the total was actually lower! WOW! I cannot recommend this clinic any more highly. One of the best vet experiences I've had in my pet owing life!

Our beloved Bailey was not doing well so we made the difficult decision to have him put down. We met Dr. Singh for the first time. He explained everything very thoroughly. We felt a level of compassion from him that is extremely rare in today’s world. Truly a heart based man. Also the wonderful woman that was assisting him, sorry I cannot remember your name, was also so gentle and very loving. Thank you for helping us feel so comfortable and held in the knowing that we made the right decision. We appreciate you!

Very happy with the care and advice suggested for my dog. I first came to visit when they were the only vet that would help me last minute with what seemed a minor issue to many but big deal to me. I returned for further issues, check up and care, reasonable rates compared to other vets I have visited in the past and the care was great. They referred me to another vet for procedure they currently did not have equipment for and I appreciated they put my dog's care above waiting until they were equipped. Thank you!

We have been taking our puppy Brandy to New St. Animal Hospital for about five months now. We just recently had her spayed. We have been dog own for many years, we have never seen a puppy heal so quickly from their surgery. The doctors and staff are very efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend this vet. I thought I'd give this clinic a try since it is right around the corner from me and I was unhappy with my current vet, and I'm so glad I did! The staff are very friendly, and the Dr. I saw (Dr. Ashok I think his name was) was fantastic. He explained what was wrong with my puppy in terms that I could understand and eased my concerns since I was worried she was really sick. Would highly recommend this place! Apparently they may start doing house calls too which would be super convenient.
