They are super friendly, well equipped and have a divided layout so it's not all in one big room. They also have no sign up fees that a lot of other gyms have, just the membership fees.

New Gen Fitness is a one of a kind gym in Regina, they offer a inclusive enviorment for everyone and no matter what you are looking for New Gen has something to offer you. From personal training season, to classes, massage therapy or just a facility that is open 24 hours. I personally just had a regular membership here as a place to workout and I was very happy with it, all of the equipment is new and the facility is clean. They even have an outdoor compound for when the weather is nice. During my time here I also saw how the tariners care about their clients, always offering guidance and encouragement while also kicking their ass. I did hire Aaron as a personal trainer way back in 2018 and he was fantastic, when I started I could barely do a body weight squat or bench press a bar but I learned enough from him that I no longer need a personal trainer becuse I know what I'm doing now and have the confidence to actually go to a gym and workout by myslef and I can garuntee every trainer here would offer just as good training as he does or he wouldnt have hired them. I would seriously recomend New Gen Fitness to anyone looking for a gym.

I have brought several senior Phys Ed classes and Aaron runs an excellent program for them. He is an excellent teacher and puts them through excellent workouts at very affordable prices! The gym is in pristine condition, excellent machines and free weights options and an excellent environment! 10/10 recommend

Just completed my first workout at New Gen Fitness, and I couldn't be more impressed! The facility is spotlessly clean and features all new equipment, making it a pleasure to work out. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. Whether you're into cardio or lifting, New Gen Fitness has everything you need to meet your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend New Gen Fitness. They provide a ton of support and have new equipment. It’s located in a great area, the place has a ton of space to work out & move around so you don’t have to worry about being in a small enclosure they also have a RMT which is a huge bonus! Check out New Gen Fitness I promise you there will be no disappointment in your experience at this gym!
