My first haircut in years that I didn't regret getting. Niki is super welcoming and nice and has an awesome enthusiasm for both you and your hair. She also gives great tips and a plan on how to style it even outside of the studio. She has a great understanding of textured, lived in hairstyles. Overall, it was a great experience going to see her.

Tried Niki’s services for the first time. She listened and we talked about the style I was looking for, how I typically wear my hair and she explained the cut, even erred on the side of caution on the length to ensure I liked the length leaving room for us to go shorter next time if I liked the cut. She took into account my experience with how my hair behaves and what I think looks best on me. Atmosphere was lovely and she’s really fun to chat with. The cut and style Niki gave me made me feel like a different person and for the first time in a long time, when I walked out of her salon, I truly felt beautiful. Thank you Niki, from the bottom of my heart. I will be returning.

I had my first haircut with Niki today, and it was absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated how she took the time to give advice tailored to my hair texture (Asian hair) and my face shape. She suggested a cut that added more texture and volume, and also showed me how to style it at home, which was super helpful. I’m absolutely in love with my new look and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Niki!

I went to Nest Studio for my first haircut in two years, and Niki was incredible. The salon has such a warm, welcoming feel, and Niki made everything so easy from the moment I sat down. I didn’t really know what I wanted, but she asked great questions, explained her ideas clearly, and suggested a direction that made perfect sense. The result was better than anything I could have pictured. My curly hair has shape, movement, and looks so much better. She also gave me super helpful styling tips that actually feel doable. I’m genuinely happy with the cut and will absolutely be coming back to see Niki.

Trust the reviews! This was my first time meeting Niki and she was great, it was an informative and comfortable experience that felt very personalized and focused. I have long fine hair with some different textures including curls and waves that I struggle to bring out in Calgary due to dry weather and hard water. After some chatting, Niki gave me a wicked haircut and some helpful styling hints/products all within an hour at an affordable price!!! I went home really happy and full satisfied from a hairstylist for the first time in a long time, I will definitely be booking in again :)
