Highly recommend this company. Dylan came out to my house and installed our new water softener tank and we are very happy with it. He is very friendly and answered all the questions and concern we had. While he was there we asked him to take a quick look at our furnace for us and he did it with no problem. Very happy with this company and for Dylan going above and beyond.

Last November, while we were away, our furnace went out. The person looking after the house called Need-a-plumber. Robert checked it and advised that he could not get a replacement part to fix it and that due to the age of the furnace, we needed a new one. We wanted a Carrier but he advised that the new Lennox furnaces are more efficient. We told home to go ahead. The next day he installed the new one which was good. However, we had to fight with them to get them to accept a credit card for payment. We were 1700 miles away and could not get a draft or give them a cheque. Eventually they put part on Visa and our friend paid the rest. When we arrived home in March, the only paperwork we could find was an invoice, no info on the furnace, warranty info etc. Also our air purifier had not been hooked back up and the flue vent outside not sealed. In March and April we called at least 3 times, left messages with the office staff and calls back were promised. Never heard from them. Eventually we called the Red Deer office and they were able to get someone to come out. The person checked the furnace and said all was okay. He did find the furnace info package inside the furnace. How were we supposed to know it was there! He also sealed the outside flue vent but said he could not connect up the air purifier. We have since had it connected up by a rep from another company who did not even charge us for doing it. Turns out there had been no filters at all in the furnace since November. No wonder my house was so dusty! We have since called the Calgary office twice wanting to book an appointment to meet with a manager. We don't need anything else done, but just want to make them aware of what happened. Nobody has called us back. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service. Came on a Sunday with no extra emergency charges. From speaking to the lady on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful to Dylan who came to address our issue. Dylan went above and beyond in helping solve our kitchen sink problem and when asked he installed a replacement toilet in the basement at the same time. Exceptional. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using this company for any plumbing , heating or other issues they address. Would Highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with Dylan and Jarid. They came first thing in the morning as promised to fix my furnace. These two young gentlemen were amazing - courteous, informative and very professional - as they immediately set out to find out the issues (there were a few!). They walked me through the entire repair process and explained what needed to be done as they diligently proceeded to get my furnace safely running again, making sure that everything was working as it should before they left. I am very thankful and will definitely recommend their services.
