This place deserves more than 5 stars!! Natasha, the founder is such a knowledgeable professional. She is everything that you need in an esthetician- plus more. Her intention to actually cure your problem is so deep that you can really feel the treatments are genuine and not just for business. I always wait at-least 3-4 visits to any clinic before leaving a review to actually see if the place keeps their standards and care the same, and let me tell you Natology has exceeded my expectations every time I go there. I’m tuned for life to Natasha and her team ♥️

I came to see Natasha at Natology for micro-needling and had the best experience. I first had a consult with her and felt she was very honest and realistic about what treatment and services would be most beneficial to me. She never tried to over-sell me on anything that I didn't need. I appreciate her continued research and education into products and services; she truly only provides treatments that have been backed by science and extensive research. The SkinPen was used for my micro-needling and it was very smooth on the skin and pain free. I loved my treatment plan and my skin was glowing from the inside out after my 3 treatments. Not only did my skin benefit from the experience, but the overall experience of being in the beautifully design clinic was the cherry on top. Every detail from the warm lighting, to the cozy blankets, and the welcoming front staff makes the experience a 10/10.

I went to Natology for a facial and it was truly the best facial experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and professional — it genuinely felt like a full spa experience from start to finish. Natasha was amazing. She took the time to really understand my skin, listened to my concerns, and customized everything specifically to what my face needed. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt absolutely amazing afterward — refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier. I could immediately see and feel the difference. Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with a true spa-like experience, Natology is it. I would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Update: I’ve been seeing Dr. Khadijah for the past few months, and wow… I’ve never had a facial like this!! She’s not only incredibly skilled and thorough, but she truly listens and addresses your skin’s needs. She cleans my face with incredible attention to detail while making the whole experience so relaxing. I literally melt into the table and leave feeling light as a cloud. My skin has never looked or felt this good, and I always look forward to my next appointment!! Thank you Natology!! I went to see Shamille for a level 2 acne facial and it was heavenly!!! She is so nice and great at her work!! She answered all of my questions and took very good care of my skin. She also followed up with me after the facial to see how my skin was doing! I can't recommend enough. I will be back soon.

Natology is amazing! Not only are the services phenomenal, but the customer service as well. I have had to reschedule a lot of my treatments at Natology, and the staff have been beyond accommodating, and make me feel so welcome every time. It’s hard a clinic like this where the services are A+, and the staff members are all exceptional.
