I had an amazing experience here! I just had very bad gel nails done at a different salon just 5 mins before and was almost in tears. I walked over to Nail Dimensions hoping they could help fix them and showed the girls my nails. Moon did a beautiful job taking me on right away, fixing them and making them beautiful! She took her time filing them and shaping them, and I swear her set of nails was HALF the thickness of the nail set I came in with. Absolutely stunning work and she took such good care of me. Will be returning. Thank you! UPDATE: I have been a repeat customer now for 3 more fills since this post and each time, Moon's work gets better and better. She really listens to my concerns and takes her time to do it right. My sets last 4-5 weeks which is amazing for me because my nails grow fast and I am prone to lifting with other techs in the past. The price seems to vary a bit based on the prep needed (I am VERY hard on my nails so this last set needed lots of repair from lifting due to abuse) and color requests but I have zero problem paying because it is work the attention to detail and care. Last time I sat next to another customer who has been coming and getting her nails done by Mary (a different tech) for years. That instilled a lot of confidence in me. Please note that they are a small team of select techs that work there, so if you book a large party of people it may take time, but they do their best to accommodate.

Me and my friend got our nails here, they charged my friend 90$ for a French tip and the nail polish they used was literally dry. I got just black nails, for 60$. they started peeling and had air bubbles. I went back and got them redone, AGAIN they had air bubbles. I don’t understand how two different woman working here can do terrible jobs. The shape of my names were uneven and we hated them. First time coming here and never again will we be back.

i came here today to get my nails fixed, as another shop completely ruined them the day before. i didn’t catch the ladies name but she was absolutely wonderful! she took off my other nails and redid mine all within 1.5 hours, and i cannot be more happier!!! 🫶🏽

They took me in as a walk-in. It was much quieter than I thought it would be. It was a relaxing atmosphere. Lady there did a very nice job. And the price of getting a full set of gel nails done was much cheaper than I thought it would be. I tipped 15% and feel like I should have tipped more.
