Derek was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend him enough to come help and fix your plumbing issues! He was kind, friendly, took the time to explain the issues I was having with a clogged sink and a loud toilet. He offered maintenance tips and of course, fixed the issue within minutes! He was efficient, arrived on time, (with lots of prior notice) as well and very helpful! If you're looking for a company to offer same-day plumbing issues and you're looking for a QUALITY service, look no further, you found one. Will absolutely use this company and Derek in the future! Amazing!!!

William in the office facilitated prompt efficient service. Brendan the technician, was informed, pleasant and professional. Options were presented and explained clearly with the help of photos. My first call for a water heater replace and install was My Calgary Plumber. The intial plan was to phone several plumbing outfits, to find the best quote. The first person I had the chance to speak with was William. William, a retired Air Force veteran (among other things) is their customer service/disptacher. Without being prompted, William made a heartfelt speech about who he is and what his values are. Hearing this put me at ease and I decided these were the guys for the job. The next two people I met were Brandon and Mitch. Mitch is the young owner of the company. I am a great judge of character and even though I only met Mitch briefly, he's undoubtedly a good honest man. Brandon the technician who performed the install shares the same character. After the install Brandon took the time to answer all my questions. He even did a small kitchen sink repair at no extra cost. So long as this company maintains this level of heart and integrity, they will always be my first call for any plumbing, furnace and A/C needs.

Our plumber, Thaer was exactly the kind of person you want helping you fix and solve problems: hardworking, knowledgeable, straightforward, and completely no-nonsense. No glossy binder, no upselling, no pressure—just honest expertise and solid workmanship. This was my first experience with My Calgary Plumbing, and I’m genuinely impressed. They’ve earned my trust, and I’m planning to call them back to replace the remaining Poly-B in our home. Well done, guys—my family thanks you
