Customer service beyond reproach, I travel a lot , I get busy , they charge what I feel is reasonable rates. I have only been using them for normal clothing so I'm happy with the service , turn around time etc. I can drop off a bag late 8pm and get it next day. I screwed up and dropped off without double checking the hours of operation on weekends, my bad. I also happened to be leaving for just over a month. No problem, mark it , hang on to it and pay when you get back. Outstanding! For those who complain, do your own laundry.

Dropped off 6 pair of coveralls Monday. Picked them up got home looked at the results. To me they where not washed or not correctly cleaned. Stopped in to the shop with coveralls to ask why they where not clean. The young kid at counter could not care less. Went to a laundry washed them myself, wow what a difference. July 11,2025. Crappy service

I’m very busy out of town working. So when I come home I don’t want to do laundry. My time home is short and then I’m gone again for usually a month at a time. So last time I dropped off my laundry and picked it up. Sorry to say nothing smelled clean and it smelled dirty. It should at least smell fresh and clean. I had to take everything into sprinkles in GP and have it all rewashed In clueing my bedding. After they charged me 43.00 bucks. I would think things should smell clean and fresh. I’m not sure what the H. But I think I’ll be trying someone else next time home.

After losing multiple items of mine, costing me $1000, I wrote this store a 1 star review. The store then BANNED me for writing a 1 star review, and told me I could only continue using their services if I changed my review to 5 stars! Not to mention, they had no intention of returning my lost items or reimbursing me.
