The owner refuses to give customers a receipt and demands that customers pay everything in cash only. I demanded that he give me a receipt and then he proceeded to give me an invoice, which is not the same as a receipt. A receipt is to PROVE that you paid the amount on a specific day at a specific time. An invoice is to tell you what you owe. He then lied about the amount I paid him and falsely claimed that I only paid him $980 when I actually paid him $1000 in cash. He was falsely claiming that I owed him $20 more than I actually owed him. I have bank statements of my withdrawal history as proof that I actually owed him less than what he was claiming. $20 doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but it’s the principle that matters. The fact that he would lie about $20 shows how unethical he really is. On the invoice, he did not give me a breakdown of all the parts that needed to be replaced. There’s little to no transparency on what you’re actually paying for. I told the owner I wanted to pay for the vehicle repairs and take it to a different mechanic, and because I said that, he started being extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. The owner started yelling and shouting at me after I said I wanted to pay for the vehicle repairs and take my vehicle to another mechanic. The owner is very unprofessional, very unethical, very rude and gives horrible customer service. This business has the worst customer service I have ever received out of all the businesses I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend anyone ever go to this mechanic shop for any services. I would like a formal apology from the owner of this mechanic shop for treating me in such a rude and disrespectful manner.

Very happy- and comfortable with this shop. They didn't make me feel like a "STUPID WOMAN". They found the best price on the part- and had me up- and going when they said. Good price- good people- honest work. Thank you Mohanad

Great experience with Mohanad, and his crew of guys. Price was fair, and work was done very well. These guys pride themselves on integrity, quality workmanship, and are very knowledgeable I've gone a few times now, and sent friends...always a welcoming smile, and conversation...feels like family(honest ones though lol) Hard to fine good places & real people like this anymore

Best paint job in the city had a fender painted and replaced he did it in one day, and the work done was perfect. A very negotiable and awesome job they did.
