I’ve been to a few other indoor car washes and the thing that always blows me away is how crazy expensive they are if you wanna wash your car every day you basically need to get a second mortgage on your home in order to afford Dele, car washes. Now that being said, I went to Mr. Suds to wash my vehicle and the first thing I noticed was how amazingly helpful the staff was Sara. The cashier was phenomenal. I also met the son of the family that owns Mr. Sud’s Kyle extremely friendly extremely helpful just seemed like an all-around good person. While , I was washing my vehicle. I saw another employee, Ryan cleaning wash bays as soon as a customer is finished with it and he would stand there and usher another Customer into the washbay he just cleaned. Now a lot of businesses I have seen the managers or owners sit so far above their employees in their minds that you never actually see them doing anything but hiding away in their office. Heaven forbid you asked to talk to a manager and some the managers/owners will greet you with an air of what do you want why are you bothering me? So I was quite surprised to see Kyle out there cleaning wash bays just like his employees were. I saw him stop and engage with many customers and actually take time to speak with them without making them feel like he was bothered by them. I’m currently recovering for emergency brain tumour surgery. I have trouble communicating and yet while I was there I think Kyle checked up on me at least four times to make sure I was OK as I had told him about the surgery. I have to say that, even if Mr. Suds cost five times what I paid I would go there solely for the amazing quality of the customer service. Thank you to Kyle and all your staff for being so amazing and helping me all that to conclude. I washed my vehicle and I’m very slow in my current condition and it cost me a whole $14.83. This is the only car wash you should use.

New in town from a warmer climate. They took the time to guide me through the whole self clean process , explained everything so kindly , told me to dry around my door seals and locks and even restarted my time after guiding me through the process and options. Great price , soaps were amazing, absolutely excellent first class customer service and super happy with the end result. Highly recommended , thank you so much for showing this intimidated newbie how its done. You guys were amazing 😊

Superb, needed to was my truck as it was filthier than a lady of the night. I went in and the lady on front was very helpful considering I was a newby to Mr Suds and from the UK so useless really. I found the whole process really straight forward and very cost effective. I will definitely go there again.

good car wash but expensive for 15 minutes they charged $15. given that on a regular basis in other places I wash my car for $7-8. but the pink foam surprised me. I just remembered Ukraine. and here it's a novelty now+

This is my go to car wash always clean. Lots of bays for my vehicles and my RV. Eric and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Newly renovated up front with lots of products to help keep your auto looking like brand new.
