We need a new hot water tank Mr Rooter sent out Adam who was amazing. Super friendly very knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into anything but gave me options was able to give me a hard quotes on each option right away. We will definitely be getting the work done with Mr rooter and later ok forward to having Adam back. As a trades person myself I know a company is nothing if it doesn’t have the right employees and Adam is one of those employees that make company’s great. Update the tank was installed and the work was amazing. Again it is so refreshing to see someone take the kind of pride in there work like Adam does. He makes sure it’s done right. If you want great service at a reasonable price call these guys and ask for Adam. You will not be disappointed

I had a very positive experience with Mr. Uter Plumbing Service, especially with technician Jeffrey Sauermann. Although our project was a commercial job and ultimately outside their usual residential scope, Jeffrey was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He carefully assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and was very transparent about what they could and could not take on. What I appreciated most was his integrity and respectful attitude. Even though the project did not move forward with their company, he still provided thoughtful guidance and treated us with professionalism and courtesy. It’s rare to meet technicians who combine technical skill with genuine character. I highly recommend Jeffrey Sauermann for any residential plumbing needs and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

We had a bad blocked toilet and the start of a sewer backup. We were very fortunate to have Mr Rooter send us Adam Logan to our rescue! Your receptionist was very accommodating and able to send us help within an hour. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable and we felt confident he could do the job! Once he diagnosed the situation, he was very upfront what our options were and the cost to repair the problem. We appreciated he was able to show us the exact block on video and also the clear pipe once cleared. Thank you so much for the great service, we’ll know who to call if ever in need again!

I recently had major plumbing work done, including the replacement of three broken faucets, installation of a valve to address long-standing water pressure issues, and replacement of a hot water heater that was nearing the end of its life. Jonas arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done to resolve the water pressure problem. He walked me through the available options for faucets and the hot water heater without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Everything was explained clearly, including the scope of work and how long it would take, and the timeline was accurate. The quality of Jonas’s work was excellent — clean, professional, and clearly done with care. This was not an easy problem to figure out. My plumber was very patient, professional and determined. I appreciated very much that a 2 pm call on a Saturday was no problem -and no “emergency “ fee- call. I highly recommend Oops I didn’t hit post- so now I can add more This job was a 3 day dig and foundation break. Never something anyone would want to deal with. However, Carlos and his crew were truly spectacular. So professional, super clear at letting me know what was going on and very patient. They left my house as clean as they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
