Jose was great. He showed up on time, did the inspection of all plumbing as I was told would happen and repaired the toilet very professionally. He applied seniors discount and my on-line coupon to the bill which helped a little. Mr Mikes prices may be competitive but $700.00 for a simple toilet flange replacement seems excessive. I could have did the work for about $50.00 if I had the proper hammer drill.

Davinder Singh came to my home to identy an issue. He not only found the issue but pointed out a few more I had no idea of. Right from the knock on the door to the handshake and the end his professionalism was top shelf, service provided was beyond question. We had a great experience with Catherine’s service! She came to help unclog our bathtub and identified that the pipe could potentially be frozen. Although she wasn’t able to fully unclog it during the visit because of the freezing, she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us helpful tips on what to do next. We left some hot water sitting in the tub, and warmed up the house and now it is finally unclogged. She was very polite and professional. The customer service was also great, checking on us and asking for updates. They were very responsive, and called back after not being able to answer the phone right away. We had a great experience and we recommend!

Clean Work and Courteous Technician, but Cost vs. Outcome Felt Off The technician was professional and courteous, and the water pressure issue was ultimately resolved. They were extremely good with site clean up. They did add complimentary check up for all washrooms themselves which I never seen with local plumbers so extra point for it. They also retag all the equipment in furnace room for me. I feel its a great way to improve customer satisfaction. However, the root cause turned out to be the water softener, and the issue was fixed by bypassing it. This should have been the first diagnostic step. As I told the technician when he arrived, city asked me to check it when I called them for water pressure issue. Instead, the PRV was opened and replaced even though it was not the confirmed cause and was replaced mainly due to age.As, they never showed me if they can try changing pressure from old PRV. When I asked if the old PRV could be reinstalled, I was told it had failed, which left me with little practical choice but to proceed. The total charge was $1,398 for diagnosis and PRV replacement, with about 2 hours of labour, which felt high given that a simpler step resolved the issue. While the work was completed professionally, clearer diagnostic sequencing, transparency around necessity, and real options for the customer would greatly improve the experience. I will add one more thing , they did excellent job in following up after the job and take my feedback.

Mr Mike’s sent Jeremy Beach out to install a water softener. Jeremy was amazing! A true tradesman in all respects. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, knew what was required, had all the equipment, and was professional and meticulous to a fault. He genuinely takes pride in his work. Rates are very reasonable with various options discussed. I very much recommend this company and, of course, Jeremy!

From calling Mr Mike’s Saturday and getting excellent customer service from Francis, who explained their process and carefully took all our info, to Monday when Plumber Aaron came and expertly fixed our jetted tub, it was an excellent experience! We were recommended by a neighbour they did heat taping for last week and will recommend Mr Mike’s to friends… all at a very reasonable price!

We’ve used Mr. Mikes a few times now and never disappointed. The technician (Jeremy) was at my house 45 minutes after I called on a Saturday afternoon, when I was expecting many hours of waiting. He analyzed the issue and gave me options for service. The shoe covers were much appreciated too! The job was completed professionally and the place left very tidy. We discussed future options and an email with those and estimates have already arrived. Thanks for the great service!

We recently replaced the bathtub in our townhouse and initially chose a tub that was too large for the space. The plumbers not only made it work but also performed a lot of extra work, all without changing the quoted price. What was supposed to be a one-day job ended up taking two days.
