I have Been going to M Powered gym since the beginning , it’s grown to be one of the top gyms in the city, the location is awesome , the gym is clean , 24 hour access , smoothie bar , and all the equipment works. 5 star plus all around.

I have been working with Mitch since March 2025 focusing on strength training to compliment my running goals. My overall experience with Mitch has been super positive; he listens to what my goals and objectives are in terms of strength training and we work though the plan month to month depending on how things are progressing. He is knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy having access to the private gym 24/7, and the gym itself has a great atmosphere and good people. There is also a protein shake booth in the gym for days I don’t have time to make breakfast! Would definitely recommend this gym!

This is the first gym / fitness experience that has resonated for two reasons: Personal training under Mitch, and a change in my attitude towards fitness. Mitch's prices are quite reasonable and am finding his knowledge and experience invaluable. This is a great local gym that has all the equipment you could need.

I worked out with Mitch for about a couple months now he is awesome. He is passionate, and he cares and he makes sure that you grow as a person. I grew both physically and mentally over the past few months and I am stronger now than ever. I appreciate all he has done for me. Would highly recommend this facility and Mitch as a trainer. The other trainers and workers there are awesome as well and super friendly, great atmosphere.
