I've been to a few Pilates classes at move well cafe and have loved my experience here. The instructors are really knowledgeable and even helped me move without pain throughout the entire class. The cafe is also a great addition. A true gem in the Kelowna fitness scene.

Great service from Pam, some lovely conversations and she has a great passion for coffee. The food is also amazing, so many nice healthy options. I had the Protein Oats, the fudge oat bar and the special smoothie (nutty professor)! Delicious and would highly recommend

What a great business idea! Not only did I get an amazing Pilates class, but I had the option of a bunch of high protein, gluten free, delicious treats! The owner of this business is so friendly and knowledgeable, and my class was exactly as described. The studio was clean and the booking was easy. I highly recommend this Pilates studio & cafe.

Hot day out today so decided to stop here for some water and a soomthie. Very good. Staff super nice, allowed my pups to come in and have a drink of water and lay on the cement floor which was exactly what I and they needed. Super neat little cafe/work out room. It's so clean, and bright - awesome vibe. Had no idea that the there is a work out studio in the back, they have classes among all sorts. Again clean and crisp forsure. Definitely a place to stop in at.

If you're looking for a good Chai or other yummy beverage check this place out. Also does delicious ginger molasses cookie. Need to go back to taste other delights. Great service by Emily and you can actually hold a conversation without competing with music blasting. This could be my new "GoTo" coffee shop.
