If youre debating this is your sign to choose Lauren!! She was absolutely amazing, hadn't gotten my hair cut in almost a year and she completely gave me back my confidence. She’s incredibly attentive to what youre going for and totally hits the mark, super easy to talk to, and gave amazing tips on how to style it myself! By far the best haircut ive ever gotten.

Sadly not worth the risk of booking. I had to cancel an appointment a day and a half prior due to a family emergency. Since it was less than 48 hours prior when I called (as soon as they opened), I have been charged $200 for cancelling. Not only is this financially distressing due to my life changes, but there is something deeply unsettling about being charged so much for no work and no service. I understand the need for cancellation fees so stylists can earn a steady/predictable income, but this feels excessive. I have only ever interacted with businesses that enforce a flat rate charge inside of 24 hours or less than 1 business day. Unfortunately I cannot justify the risk of ever attempting to rebook.

Finding Lauren is easily the best thing that ever happened to my hair. Not only is her single chair salon wonderfully low stimulation, she spent a generous amount of time working with me to understand what cut would suit me best. I ended up walking away relaxed, with new knowledge on how to care for my hair texture, and with the best cut of my life! A wonderful human and a wonderful service

Lauren is amazing! The photo above is before I got a trim and long layers and the photo below is after. My hair feels lighter and more like me! I haven’t gotten layers in many years and I wasn’t sure how it would look but this haircut has made me feel way more confident and beautiful with my natural hair. P.S. booking the hair treatment with a trimming service makes my hair feel unreal!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Lauren as a stylist for years now, and her holistic approach to beauty and every person as an individual with unique needs and preferences is one of the many attributes that set her apart. She is very knowledge and happy to answer any and every question. She is practiced in a variety of hair types. Personally I have very thick, wavy, untameable hair that I’ve gotten horrible haircuts on before Lauren since others did not know how to cut wavy, curly, or very thick hair. Lauren also did my beautiful bridal up-do, and it was an amazing experience feeling calmer in the hands of such a professional yet personable stylist. Her zen energy really helped me and would make such a difference on any stressful day (like a wedding). She singlehandedly did my four bridesmaids hair and my bridal up-do without a hitch and helped me feel the most beautiful I ever have in my life. Trust me, your hair and your heart need a Lauren in your life.
