Honest & Trustworthy Service!!! I’m very impressed with Monza Auto. They took the time to properly diagnose my car and didn’t charge me for it. They pointed out some issues but were upfront that they weren’t urgent. No upselling, no pressure — just honest service. That kind of integrity is hard to find. This is my second visit to Monza Auto in Calgary for service on my Lexus. This place does great work. They’re clear on what they do and they are honest. Their pricing is good for what they do. I would highly recommend them.

I’m a relatively new customer to Monza (just about a year now), and I first went to them because several friends on Facebook spoke so highly of their service. I’ll admit, I was nervous starting with a new mechanic—especially with an older vehicle (my 2009 Venza). I worried I’d be pressured into spending a ton of money on things I didn’t understand. To my absolute relief, it was the complete opposite. The team at Monza has been nothing but honest, patient, and incredibly welcoming. They never nickel-and-dime me, and they always take the time to explain things in a way I can actually understand. Not only have they been fair, but they’ve also been more affordable than my previous mechanic, who often left me with subpar work and repeat visits for the same problems. Riley—their main front desk associate—is truly outstanding. Even in the short time I’ve been going there, he always remembers who he’s talking to, and he’s consistently friendly and helpful on the phone. I really appreciate the way he explains everything so clearly, and how supportive he’s been with both me and my daughter as she starts taking over the Venza. Thank you to Riley and the whole team at Monza—you really make two gals feel comfortable and looked after in a world we don’t know much about. Much respect and gratitude!

So glad I found Monza Auto, they are good at what they do Last year I had to have my Honda CRV completely overhauled, everything mechanical checked and repaired in preparation for an intensive inspection which had to pass, in order for the car to be put on the road again since we were rear ended on Deerfoot. They did a great job, nothing was missed, and hooray! we passed the inspection with flying colours! (Those Salvage Inspectors take several hours to check a car that has been in an accident. They go over everything in minute detail, and if there is any problem, they will find it for sure) A week or so ago I had a slow leak in one of the tyres. Went by and talked to Riley again, expecting to be given an appointment, but he fixed it right away while I waited, and not very long either. When I went to pay him, he wouldn't accept any payment! They fixed my wheel for free! So glad I found this place. Thanks, you guys! I will definitely be going back!

This guy's are amazing! They were totally honest about all my issues and helped me out in a big way! Would recommend anyway!
