Great apt on floor 57 of the ice tower, with great view of the cn tower and ball park. Close to everything. Nice apt with kitchen fully equipped, was perfect for our 4 night stay in Toronto. Would stay again!

I booked my stay with Monyx Group through a 3rd party booking site. The booking was then cancelled by Monyx Group. The booking site informed me that all bookings with Monyx Group were cancelled because Monyx Group had closed down due to legal issues. I called Monyx Group to get more information and they informed me that there was some legal issues but they have now been resolved and that I could rebook my exact same stay but now at a much higher cost. They would not guarantee the price that I originally booked that they cancelled without my consent. Something seems very fishy with this company and I would stay clear so you don't get scammed. I am now having to book elsewhere for $200 more per night as there is no longer much availability for my stay. I travel often and have never experienced such terrible customer service and shady business. Not surprised they have legal issues.

We really liked the central location. Scotiabank arena is walking distance. The CN tower, Rogers centre and Union station are also close by. The studio was spacious enough for the three of us (two adults and one teenager). The view was also nice. Unfortunately, the carpets were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned or vacuumed recently as you can see on the photos. The bathroom was also not very clean. Overall we give it a two star rating because cleanliness is important for us.

Convoluted check in process and after chasing, at 7pm still finally received the access lock codes. The apartment has everything you need but unfortunately there were mice running around the floor living behind the kitchen cabinets. I requested some sort of compensation/partial refund and the hosts went quiet. Do not recommend. Stay in a hotel where you can easily leave your bags after check out if you have a late flight.

I used this cleaning service for approximately 6 months for my apartment. For about 8 cleans I actually had a very positive experience, however, a recent guest to my apartment sent me the attached photos from them having to clean the apartment on their own. I sent a note to the official Monyx WhatsApp asking for them to please ensure they cleaned all dust in the future, in particular in light of COVID-19. Their response was "would you like a deep clean next time", then went on to write that I could have paid for a "deep clean" for double the normal price, with frequent references to an oven being a challenge to clean...I wasn't particularly fussed about the oven, but rather the thick layer of dust! I would be very concerned about the thoroughness of their service, in particular now when cleanliness is so important with COVID. I should also say that when I reached out to their corporate, I received a reply back from their Managing Director essentially mocking me that I was only spending a few hundred dollars on their service. Certainly not the level of professionalism I would expect from a company.
