I always come here to get my nails done, and over time I’ve tried almost every technician at Mlux — every single one of them does an amazing job. You can really tell that they care about their work and take pride in what they do. No matter who I book with, I always leave happy with my nails. The communication here is excellent. They always listen carefully to what I want and make sure we’re on the same page before starting. I also really appreciate that everything is clear and professional — they provide a quotation and explain the whole process beforehand, so there are no surprises. It makes me feel comfortable and confident every time I visit. The vibe and atmosphere are another reason I keep coming back. It’s such a welcoming and relaxing space that truly makes me feel at home. The staff are friendly, warm, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Today, Lynn did my nails. I brought in my idea, and she turned it into something even more beautiful than I imagined ❤️ She paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love how they turned out!! I highly recommend Mlux to anyone looking for quality work, great service, and a comfortable, friendly environment. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrifically bad. I am so disappointed, almost 200.00 for two pedicures and she did such a terrible job. The paint doesn’t even come close to covering my toe nails, which I’d understand if she was a seven year old on her first attempt, but this is a grown woman who does this job for a living? How is she employed? Not only that their odd bench is terribly uncomfortable and there is nothing welcoming about their staff at all. Hated the experience and hated how my pedicure turned out even more. What the hell was that? I guess 15 layers of nail polish that isn’t ever needed and then also doesn’t even cover the whole toe nail takes a REALLY LONG time to dry. Wouldn’t want to maybe invest in a drier? Horrible.

The worst experience I ever had getting my nails done, for the most dissapointing nails, for such an insane price. My whole appointment was rushed, it took less than an hour from start to finish. Lady was so rough, I was in pain the whole time she was drilling and half of my cuticles bled, and still sting hours after my appointment. I had nail polish on when starting and she drilled majority off instead of using more polish remover, which really hurt. I asked for a shimmery yellow color and asked a question if every sparkly polish was called cat eye or if it was a specific brand. My question was never answered and I was brought a wheel of cat eye polishes to choose from. There was no yellow in the wheel, so I asked again to see yellow colors that were shiny and was told there were “No yellows” and to “Choose from this wheel”. Confused, I asked multiple more times to see any yellow colors they had and was told there were none and I needed to only choose from the wheel I had infront of me. I felt really discouraged and stopped asking to see more colors and chose one from the wheel, even though it wasn’t my first choice. My nails have rough edges, especially underneath. They are unproportional and there’s random bumps in them, and they aren’t even painted to the edges. They are bulbous and give the appearance of clubbed nails.The nails are already lifting off and the polish is chipping and its not 24 hours. The gaps between my natural nail and the fake is so large on my thumbs that little things and especially my hair has gotten caught in it so many times already. This was somehow $15 of nail art?? They are just dots and majority have crooked lines coming out and I didn’t even get asked how I wanted them to look or what color Id like (I had a different star design I wanted). Ontop of that, the lady was rushing so much she forgot I asked for art, and when I kept trying to show her the reference photo (last pic) she pushed it away which made me completely give up to advocate for what I wanted my nails to be. For having to pay for cateye, especially in a color I wasn’t fond of, half of them dont sparkle. Depending on how the light hits, you can see uneven brushstrokes of color too. When I went to pay, I was charged $97 for this set, and the guy walked away from me while I asked him for a receipt. I have never been charged so much for a simple set and felt so upset with my overall experience I just gave up and left crying. My boyfriend felt horrible about how upset I was with my experience and went back. He asked if they could remove my set and refund me my money, to which they replied no. They said that there was no way to refund me, which I found weird because I paid in cash… Also was very upsetting because this was the ideal outcome I wanted after everything. When my boyfriend began asking how it costed almost $100 for the set and was comparing it to their online prices, they explained the online prices aren’t “exactly accurate” and those are prices for regular customers and not “first timers”. At this point they asked for me to come in and to see my nails. When I came the guy told me the reason I was upset with my nails was because I chose the color and artwork, nothing else, and he didn’t understand that I was never given any other options even though I asked multiple times for more color options. The guy told me the only things they could do was give me 20% discount on my next visit, or I could wait 2 hours for them to redo the color (I did not have the time to wait 2 hours anyways). I left again feeling completely unheard and unsatisfied. For the extreme price I paid the least I expect is to feel respected as a customer, have an enjoyable experience that isnt quick and rushed , and to be given options to help achieve what I want! I also expect the nails to not be riddled with so many little imperfections. Words can’t express how dissapointed I feel from the experience. I just wanted to do something nice for myself after having a terrible week… I just wish I went to another business for the price.

Have come here a few times now And well super simple nails they can do well I went less then 2 weeks ago and I’m very unimpressed. I spent $120 For what I consider a pretty simple set while I understand charms and what not cost the business it’s been 10 days the topcoat has chipped. The chrome has come off Overall, they just don’t meet my expectations for $120. Not the worst I’ve But definitely not worth more than $80

I've been going to Angela for a while now and let me just say SHE is AMAZING. She is such a beautiful soul and knows how to do a great set of nails and can do whatever design you bring to her. I always love my nails when I leave there and make sure to book my 4 week appointment. I highly recommend her. 👍🏻
