I have really bad anxiety at the dentist. Dr. Edward’s and his team made me feel like they took that into consideration, and I was able to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Of course this process sucks no matter what, but I felt very taken care of and I even saw a note about my anxiety written on my file. I was told what was happening at every step and couldn’t have asked for a more caring team. I even asked to come for a follow up sooner than scheduled, because I was concerned about some excessive pain, and they got me in right away to look at me, and changed my pain medication when I explained it wasn't working for me. There’s even a pharmacy in the building which is very convenient. I wanted to be fully sedated for my procedure, and Dr. Edward’s took me though my options, and why I might choose them or not. Price was very clear and I had no surprises going into this. He showed me my x-rays and I was very aware of what my procedure would be and which teeth might be more complicated to remove. Overall, the dentist is never a fun time for me, and while it will never be fun, this office at least made it as pleasant as a dental visit can be. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I was extremely nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The doctor and staff were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The procedure was quick, recovery was easier than expected, and I felt well cared for from start to finish.

Came here to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed, and I'm thankful how easy they made it for me. I was nervous about getting the surgery but the whole team is super kind and will take their time to make sure you feel confident. Wisdom teeth surgery went great, the pain is minimal afterwards, the worst part is just the annoyance of waiting for the stitches to heal. I would highly recommend this place!

I am unsure if we just hit this clinic on a bad day but my daughter tried to have her wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Goos was recommended by her dental office as someone that was very good with anxiety. This was not the case at all. I have waited a long time to do this review as I really don't like leaving negative reviews but in case someone benefits from reading this, I must post it. I was so shocked by the way he treated my daughter that I asked his name to make sure it was the man that was recommended. She has a severe phobia of needles and the office was told multiple times by me and it was supposed to be in her chart but when we got there the nurse told the doctor and he responded "it will hurt more in your hand." This and the cold manner made my daughter dissociate. She was terrified. We were not treated kindly and instead were definitely made to feel that her anxiety was the last thing they needed to see that day. Not great bed side manner. The good news is we did find a kind and patient office that helped my daughter. Through there patience and kindness she was able to have her wisdom teeth removed. I would not recommend this office for special needs people that need extra care and attention.
