I had one filling that unexpectedly crumbled out shortly after it was done, causing pain and sensitivity. Throughout the process of getting it fixed, I was treated with incredible care and patience by the entire dental team and Dr. D. The filling was a challenge since it was located in an awkward, tricky spot leading to a couple of follow-up appointments. Still, Dr. D and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. They listened to my concerns and immediately responded. While I wouldn't wish dental issues on anyone, if for some reason something unexpected does happen, you can trust that you'll be treated fairly and respectfully throughout the entire process. They gave me knowledgable recommendations and communicated throughout it all. I’ve had other fillings and work done by them that were perfect from the start and am confident this was a one off situation that the dental clinic handled very well. They really are committed to quality work and outstanding customer service.

From the moment I began coming to this office, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff is professional, friendly, and efficient—booking and check-in were a breeze. Dr. Dimitrov is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. The attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care for patients is unmatched. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. I truly felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Whether you're going in for a routine cleaning or something more complex, I highly recommend this practice. They go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience every time. Amazing! I am usually very anxious about my dentist visits, just hearing the sound of the drill makes my stomach turn. But my visit today was wonderful. The dentist was so caring and friendly and she made sure that I wasn’t in any discomfort throughout the process. My 7 year old daughter had a similar experience, except she left wanting to be a dentist when she grows up. She even said that her dentist was the best dentist ever! She had a lot of fun! What more could a parent ask for? Thanks again! See you next time!
