They took a while to do it, they said they would send me some kinda notice but i had to call see if my zip up was done. It came back a little linty but thats not a big deal. Altogether though they did what I wanted.

Took my suit in to get dry cleaned for the first and last time. They have shrunk my suit to the point where I cannot wear it and will have to either give it away or throw it out.

On the door it talks of being very friendly etc and I did not get that impression or feeling so much today, (July 16 am). Just a 2 of 5 stars as pleasantness goes and wow 4 bucks for a small wash load...has it really come to this giant rip off everywhere? I think 3 bucks is the right amount and fair! 8 bucks for a large load too, are they kidding? Washer broke down so had no choice but not rushing back here.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have been bringing my clothes in to be cleaned, as well as being altered, for over 10 years, and I can honestly attest to the exceptional service they have provided! A few weeks ago, I brought in several items of clothes to be cleaned, and unfortunately one of the items was “too sensitive” to the dry cleaning process, and I received a phone call from Bart, the owner explaining in detail what had occurred. He offered to not charge me for my entire lot of clothes! What a wonderful, thoughtful, kind, generous offer indeed! I owned my own business in Toronto for 18 years, and this is a perfect example of how to properly treat your customers! Bart is such a great guy, as well as the entire team of ladies that run his Mission Park store. It is such a well run business. So efficient, highly professional, and reasonably priced. Barb at the front counter is my first wonderful contact, and Colleen is the extremely talented seamstress who has fixed at least 100 pieces for. me, over the years, and has even helped me “re-design” Vintage clothing pieces! Always a great experience, and always impressed! Kudos to the entire team! Sandra

Just moved here. Took a suit in to have cleaned before walking my daughter down the aisle on March 15, 2025. Had only wore the suit one other time. When I went to button the top button just before proceeding down the aisle I noticed the top button was about one inch from the suit barely hanging on. It was to the point where I didn't want to button it in fear it would detach. I am aware it wasn't great planning on my part as I should have checked it much before. Went back in on on March 22 and was younger woman working the front. I needed a shirt laundered and brought suit in to show here. Told her what happened. All she heard was "repair" and replied that their seamstress is 3-4 weeks to get things done. She never listened to what I said at all and I decided when I come back to pick the shirt up I would speak with the owner/manager. Picked up my shirt today. Didn't bring in the suit. Told the two ladies about the suit button. I politely asked her what they normally would do if they are cleaning a suit and noticed a very loose butting. She said their seamstress is too far behind and they would fix it themselves. I told them that even if they couldn't fix it (as they probably damaged it) that it would have been nice to know so we could have been taken care of before the wedding. With that she said, "That will be $5.25 for the shirt? No apology. No, "Yes, I appreciate that and we are sorry this happened and we should have let you know" Nothing. Maybe the prudent thing to do would have been to say, "Hey we are sorry we didn't notice the button and let you know" and maybe comp'd me the shirt......or at least some sort of apology. She was also perturbed I didn't that I didn't have exact change. Sorry for spending at your place. As a result after this, the wedding dress I had in my car we took to Miss Tulip and they can enjoy the $275 cleaning job. Don't take your customers for granted.
