I received excellent, friendly, efficient service at Mervyn Body Shop. The estimate was given and the part was ordered. The work was completed in one day - they had estimated up to 2 days. Bonus - they washed my car!! Very pleased.

The repair turned out absolutely perfect and I can’t say enough great things about Mervyn’s The Bodyshop. If you want your vehicle repaired properly, this is the only place in town that truly prides itself on delivering perfect results.

If I could give zero stars I would! I brought my car in as someone hit the bumper. They were instructed, in writing, to change the bumper, fix the rattle that resulted from it and change my windshield. A few days later I get a call that my vehicle is ready. To my shock, I go to pick up my vehicle and the bumper was not completed, no trim on it. The rattle was still there and the windshield was not changed. It took just over a week for someone to get back to me and they just said they couldn’t find the part. I asked why they didn’t use the trim from the original bumper and they said it was too delicate. Well, that all turned out to be.a lie. I made 1 phone call, found the trim and went to a different auto body shop where it took him less than 2 hours to put the trim on. I was paid out for the art as I called ICBC to tell them what they had done. The lack of customer service was astonishing, they truly just did not care. I was also told I could bring my car back to fix the rattle but I would have to go without a vehicle, which I use for work. They also deleted my review on their FB page, so it makes sense why their rating is so high. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere but here.

I just picked up my vehicle after a bumper replacement at Mervyns...this is the 3rd time using their services. The repairs are excellent quality and were done on schedule. My vehicle interior was very professionally cleaned upon pickup. There was a very minor hiccup with a small trim piece being misplaced that was immediately resolved by Mervyns with zero hassle. I have recommended Mervyns to two co-workers who also had excellent results with their repairs. I can't see any reason why you would want to go anywhere else. The only downside is that they have a pretty full schedule...but maybe that's a good sign in terms of repeat customers.
