This restaurant is perfect for a quick breakfast, our server provided exceptional service with nonstop coffee refills, our food arrived quickly and in generous portions, if you’re seeking an old-fashioned dinner experience this is the place.

Absolutely wonderful, a lot of room for my service dog to lay comfortable and not be disrupted while on task. Food was WONDERFUL!!! Our server was the BEST. Without prompt they brought a bowl of water for my service dog and thats the first time that has ever happened for us. Prices are very reasonable, with the quality of food they could definitely charge more and don't. Highly respectable. Highly recommend. Tell everyone (and their dog)!

This place gives you small town retro diner vibes. Very unique ! I’m happy to make my 1st ever post of the Mercury Cafe & Grill. I ordered a Patty Melt with fries ($19.50). I will admit, I was a little surprised to find that my burger didn’t come between a sliced bun but rather between two pieces of toast. My dumb ass didn’t read the entire description 😂 This meal consisted of their homemade beef patty, with Swiss cheese and fried onions. At first bite, you can TASTE that it’s a home made patty. I’m impressed. Even their Swiss cheese was good quality. It was perfectly cooked to the point I was literally pulling melted cheese with every bite. Then to add onto it, you get home cut fries tossed in seasoning salt. The ONLY gripe I had was the price. I personally feel it’s expensive for what you get. The service was not as attentive as I would have liked but when we interacted with staff it was very pleasant. I should point out, we were 1 of about 10 tables between 2 waitresses and 1 busser. But honestly, I highly recommend this establishment. I wouldn’t order a burger patty between toast again, but you can guarantee I’ll be back for a burger patty between a sliced bun.

Enjoyed this nostalgic diner, decor is true to the era. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. Help support this local business and plan to pay in cash. Denver was well put together with amazing brown bread. The beef stew, soup of the day, was hearty and tasty. The cheeseburger was a well grilled patty and tasty.

Food was excellent. Restaurant decor was fun! Server was happy and friendly. Food came out quick. My partner had the burger. Patties are made in house daily and were excellent. I had breakfast and subbed the toast for pancake. Breakfast was excellent. Pancake was perfect. Light and fluffy but also moist. Homemade whipped cream was excellent. My friends had the omelet and Tofu scrambler. The tofu scrambler was excellent! A good option for someone who doesn’t like eggs! I would order the tofu scrambler for my self next time but I love pancakes too much to cheat! They also have Mexican cane sugar coke in the glass bottles!
