Had an appointment with Brooke the last week of October (2weeks ago) and was not happy with the way by hair turned out at all. It did not look anything like the inspiration pictures I showed. I also stated that I did not want my hair to have a reddish tone which is what ended up happening. I sent Brooke a picture of my hair and the inspiration pic before the appointment to which she replied is totally achievable in the appointment. After the appointment I instantly noticed that my hair did not look anything like the inspiration pic and had a reddish tone to which she agreed it did have a reddish tone. There was barely a difference with the hair I had when I walked into the appointment versus walking out. If I had known this would be the result I would not have gotten my hair done. Before the toner I asked Brooke if I could have the front pieces darker than the back to this she got confused and said that’s why she toned my hair a darker color but I only wanted the face framing pieces to be a little darker than the rest. I had reached out to her right after the appointment to state that I wasn’t happy to this she replied that she could only use a clarifying shampoo to wash out the toner but this doesn’t make sense because I believe the lightener wasn’t left in long enough which explains the reddish tone to this she said my hair would have been damaged if left on longer. But my hair is damaged now anyway. I also showed her 2 inspo pics before the appointment and then during the appointment we agreed on something in between but I believe my hair does not look anything like them.

First time seeing Brooke and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and my hair turned out even better than expected. Highly recommend!

I always see Morgan when I come and she is amazing!!! She’s super quick when I get my extensions done and makes great conversations - and at a great price!! She’s super knowledgeable and made the transition super easy! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

Marika is a gem. She’s fun, kind and will listen to your needs while providing exactly what you’re asking for. Prices are decent as well both for coloring services and cuts. I HIGHLY ++ recommend her and her salon!! The high ceilings and the plants made me feel automatically at home (and trendy). PS she gives the best scalp massages

I see Alexis at Meraki and I highly recommend her! She takes her time and pays extra attention to small details and I walk out with perfect hair every time! She makes it feel like a special experience every time! The new salon space is bright, spacious, trendy and so fresh! I trust my hair with Alexis every time.
