We had our siding, soft metals, and roof done by Meerkat Roofing and Exteriors. Overall, we're quite happy with the quality of work. Everything looks great and was installed professionally. The back office can be very busy, so email responses were sometimes delayed or went unanswered for a while. That said, whenever I picked up the phone to call, they were responsive and issues were resolved quickly. There are still a few outstanding items, but they’ve been reasonable about holding back a small portion of payment until everything is completed, which we appreciate. I’ll update this review once everything is fully settled.

I purchased a house 13 years ago with a "30 year roof" that was replaced in 2012 with cedar shakes. Our roof has been leaking in random spots ever since we purchased this property. I have had a few contractors inspect the roof over the years to find that the nails used were not long enough, and backed off, causing water intrusion. They have repaired by using a roof sealant over the nails that backed off.. My review may not be relevant as I am not the original home owner who got the work done. But I felt I needed to make this review to make other's aware. This was a $25k job done in 2012 by the previous owners.. Just disgusted in the work they did . Pics to follow

Terrible! workmanships when the siding was installed on my house house. For the past 6 years I have had multiple siding companies come out and make repairs as required, As you can see by the photos attached the siding is either to tight or to loose and is over 70% warped over the entire house, Meerkat did come out and make some repairs in the past unfortunately that didn't last longer then 1 to 2 years depending on the specific area. In conclusion the exterior of house looks like XXXX and the only way to have this fixed correctly is to have the entire house re-sided! Hey who doesn't have thousands of dollars laying around to fund these mistakes!
