We hired this company to repair water damage in our home. While there were a few issues along the way, the team came back every time and made sure everything was fixed properly, which we really appreciated. Jay was a great manager throughout the process, communicative, responsive, and made sure concerns were addressed. Dylan did an excellent job with the finishing work, especially fixing the paint after popcorning our ceiling. The final result looks great. Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and thankful for the team’s commitment to getting it right.

MDR recently completed the flood restoration and repair work in my condo, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Jay stands out for his outstanding communication skills and his genuine commitment to ensuring the customer is fully satisfied. He consistently checks that every detail is addressed, which is exactly what you hope for in a restoration and repair company. Dylan’s workmanship has been remarkable. He is creative, highly skilled, and patient, especially with customers (like me) who are very exacting. His work reflects both talent and pride, and it shows in every element he touches. I also want to highlight Kristof, who oversaw the flooring installation. I could not be happier with the phenomenal job he did. The new flooring throughout my home is impeccable, and his precision and expertise are truly impressive. Finally, the administrative support from Mary and Teresa has been wonderful. They have been attentive, organized, and consistently helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, I cannot say enough about MDR. Every member of the team has contributed to a smooth, professional, and high quality experience, and I am extremely grateful for their work.

If you require water damage restoration, look no further than MDR Services. Five star reviews are fully deserved. July rainfall caused damage in 2nd floor bedroom and finished basement. Dealing with insurance company was frustrating, with delays in responding and getting crews to remove drywall, insulation and cleanup. Great decision to get MDR involved. Mary responded right away and arranged for Jay to arrive quickly for estimate. A detailed and reasonably priced estimate was provided within 24 hours. The restoration was started immediately after we accepted the estimate. The two crews involved, carpet and drywall advised arrival times and were very punctual. They were very courteous, kept us informed every step of the way, and daily cleanup was exceptional. Customer service by all involved was above standard. Highly recommended.

MDR Services recently did a thorough restoration for me after an extensive water leak beneath my kitchen sink. The cabinet floor and side walls had to be replaced, as did strip flooring closest to the site of the leak. All moisture was first removed and then the cabinet was rebuilt; it looks like new. Many thanks to Dylan and Colin, who oversaw the moisture removal, and to Dylan especially for putting the cabinet and flooring to rights again. I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thank you also to Mary, Theresa, and Alejandra in the office, who were always pleasant and informative. I was very pleased overall with my experiences with MDR.
