I had been taking my dogs there for about 10 years. The level of service has declined over time and I had considered leaving. The front end staff seem like they would rather be anywhere else, the vet turnover is frustrating, and as I found out, they are charging top dollar for this. The last straw for me was when I called first thing on a Wednesday to get a refill of my dogs meds, and they said 2 days. I said no problem, I will pick up Saturday morning, and call to confirm Friday afternoon. I called to confirm, just to find out they didn’t get the drug, and wouldn’t until the following Wednesday. No call to let me know. I asked why I had to call to find this out, and got an excuse of them being short staffed, people being sick, etc.. A 1 minute phone call….. Luckily they sent the prescription to another vet for me, where I discovered that I had been overpaying for the meds by $100 for 90 days worth for the past 2 plus years. Corporate greed at its finest. Happy it happened, I am saving a tonne of money, and the new vet started my dog on a better, longer lasting, and less expensive medication. Highly DO NOT recommend.

We had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The veterinarian was very professional and gentle, handled everything carefully, and took time to explain all procedures and answer our questions. We received a clear and helpful consultation and felt well informed. Our kitten Liam was treated very calmly and carefully, which was really important for us as pet owners. Overall, we are very happy with the visit and the service. Highly recommend this clinic!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE. AND EVERYONE IN IT!!! So helpful, understanding, patient, caring. Ya of course, sometimes taking ur fur baby to the doc is stressful and sometimes sad. This establishment makes that, extremely stressful time, little more easier. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF. Dr.Nichols and Dr.Bray are the best at what they do, probably in the city. Thank you so very much. ♥️♥️♥️

The staff and the vet were all caring and very attentive to our needs when we're there. They were all very supportive and sympathetic when we needed them the most. They gave us very plenty of time to comfort our beloved fur baby and had us stay for as long as we needed to stay awhile ❤️ when need be. Thank you very much.
