Appreciated the employee who let me pick and re-take the photo twice. He also waited and provided with the hair product for the photo. However, the shop is unable to follow the instructions regarding Canadian permanent residence photo, even though the instruction sheet was sent prior via email and the shop agreed to provide the service by Natalie. Maybe they have other good services, but they are unfamiliar with such request. They simply treated it as a normal passport photo rather than following the instructions provided by IRCC. Unfortunately, need to retake the photo again elsewhere.

Walked in to take a passport photo and it was a great experience! The photographer was friendly and let me review and select a photo from a batch she took. It was all done in about 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Mathieson & Hewitt Photographers worked with our organization to create a library of executive and board headshots. They have been extremely accommodating and able to meet us where required. Harry and Natalie do an outstanding job to ensure the photos capture each individual in their most authentic light while also providing useful advice while choosing between the many takes. Working with them is a delight. Storing photos with them is also great because they are able to edit the background, if the need ever comes up.

This is our go-to place for passport photos. Have had nothing but great experiences especially getting photos for our 2 month old for his first passport. They were professional and were very caring working with a baby. Highly recommend them!
