I have been there 3 times for the same issue that has not been resolved. Each time I've been given a bill over 1400$ to fix the same thing 3 times and the last time they suggested that I had an accident and that's why the issue keeps happening when I've never had an accident. They told me that my service was under warranty but then when I came back for thr 3rd time, I was told that this specific thing was not covered under warranty. I don't appreciate being charged more than 4k to fix the same thing 3 times and that has never been fixed properly. I will not be taking my vehicle back here for any further service.

My A/C wasn't working. They told me it was the compressor that was broken so they fixed it. It worked for a few days afterward then quit. I went back, they said there might be a leak or something else but they didn't have the tools to check for that. This should have been information they told me upfront. They wasted my time and weren't able to give me an adequate assessment of what was actually wrong. I wouldn't trust what they say. Won't be going back here for anything.

Master Motors is honestly one of the BEST mechanic shops in Regina. These guys actually know what they’re doing and don’t try to scam you like half the other places. They explain what’s wrong, show you the parts, and give you REALISTIC prices instead of random crazy quotes. ✅ Fast service – they don’t leave your car sitting for days ✅ Fair prices – no surprise fees ✅ Honest – they fix ONLY what needs fixing ✅ Skilled – work is clean and professional ✅ Friendly – they treat you like a person, not just a “customer” The shop is well organized, they keep you updated, and my car ran smoother than ever after leaving.
