Great experience. Organized welcome w/lockers for coat and purse, quick health survey with receptionist. 60 min with Andrew working on key areas of my choice. Deep tissue and manipulation of sore spots. Came out dancing along with some exercises. Visiting Calgary.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Massage Heights Beltline. In my experience, the administrative side is extremely disorganized — almost every visit resulted in issues submitting receipts to insurance. Either the RMT didn’t show up in the insurer’s system, or their information was incorrect or too new to process properly. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone with your insurance company trying to sort out reimbursement because their staff details aren’t properly set up. Unfortunately, the ongoing admin problems make it hard to justify returning.

I didn’t fully enjoy my massage because the therapist used plastic gloves throughout the session. If it was communicated ahead of the booking - I wouldn’t have made a reservation , and it significantly reduced the comfort of the experience for me. The after-experience feel more uncomfortable because of this.

I liked their massage therapists. I was their client for several years. Now it feels like a scam. I can't get 12 massages in a row, they want me to come once a month. Or they can just take money without your permission, even if you haven't booked a visit. This is outrageous and feels like a scam, guys. Your rating has dropped to 1. People are writing bad things about you, and you're doing nothing about it. Very sad

They were amazing with booking a last minute spot for 3 of us. The front desk staff (Keisha and Sophie) were extremely sweet, welcoming and informative. I have been to multiple massage places, however this place was very informative in working on targeted spots and the atmosphere was amazing. I had Clara who had good and firm pressure. She was also super sweet in giving me tips to ensure I focused on my areas Ive been having issues with for a long time. My boyfriend had Gary and stated it was the best massage he’s ever had. (Mind you he goes to rmt every week)
