You were supposed to call me back when I needed assistance. During the phone call, I was asked a large number of unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with the actual problem I contacted you about. I was told that you would call me back within 10 minutes, but this never happened — even two weeks later. There is no need to burden a patient with irrelevant questions unrelated to the issue they are seeking help for. There was a problem, I was ready to pay for its resolution, and your role was either to provide help or not. You chose not to help. That is why this is the rating I gave your clinic. I believe it is honest and fair.

A+++ experience all the way around. I had some anxiety from previous dental work and I was put at ease, had every step explained, and was treated so well. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jones and Patricia who took such good care of me on each of my visits. Thank you!
