I just visited Maple Dental and had an incredible experience with Dr. Gordon. She fixed my broken tooth so perfectly - I truly believe she has golden hands. The work was precise, gentle, and completely exceeded my expectations. I actually traveled all the way from downtown with my young son and my wife just to receive treatment here, and it was absolutely worth it. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team was outstanding. If you’re looking for a dentist you can fully trust, Dr. Gordon is the one. Highly recommend Maple Dental!

I have had the best teeth cleaning experience ever with Vivian here. She’s so nice, gentle and professional, gave me extra deep cleaning because I’m moving and don’t know when would be my next cleaning. She also helped clean my retainers, which I didn’t know dental clinic would do that for the past 5 years since I got them. After taking a look at my teeth, she found that I may have cavities so she scanned and showed me the pictures, then helped me talk to the front desk to schedule a thorough examination with the dentist. I should have come to this place earlier as my husband has been coming here and recommended me to come for the past 5 years, but I hesitated to change service provider before. No wonder this clinic received 4.9 with 500+ reviews as everyone here is so friendly. I hope to come back again.

I developed real dental trauma after a very bad experience with a dentist in Canada. My front teeth were damaged while the dentist tried to replace an old filling that was still perfectly fine. He tried 3 times to fix them with a lot of pain, it was like torture! After that, I consulted two other dentists, but neither could promise a good result—only that they would “do their best.” That honestly made me lose my trust in dentists even more. I lived with my damaged front teeth for 1 year and 5 months, too afraid to let anyone touch them again. Everything changed when a close friend I truly trust recommended "Maple Dental Health". Even though I was living in Georgina and had to spend nearly 3 hours on buses to reach the clinic, I didn’t hesitate—and I’m so glad I didn’t. From the very first visit, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Jane Wu is simply amazing. She makes you feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for—like you’re being treated by a family member, not just a dentist. At the beginning, I visited her 4–5 times for fillings on 9 teeth and one root canal. Every appointment was smooth, painless, and stress-free. She always made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Today was the big day for my two front teeth. When I saw the final result, I became emotional. The outcome was even better than I ever imagined. I was so happy and relieved that I asked Dr. Jane if I could hug her 😅 When I was in the bus to home I was keep smiling for no reason 🤣 If you’re scared, traumatized, or have lost trust in dentists like I did, please don’t hesitate to visit Maple Dental Health. You will be treated with kindness, honesty, and exceptional skill—and you’ll leave happy and confident with your smile. I would not recommend Maple Dental Health based on my recent experiences with one of the dentists. I originally came in for two fillings, which were done incorrectly and left me with an improper bite. When I returned because something still felt off, I was told by the same dentist to rinse with warm salt water, even though I explained that my bite felt misaligned. I later came back again to have one of the fillings redone, and it still didn’t feel right. At that point, I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist because I no longer felt confident returning to the same one. Thankfully, Dr. Gordon was able to assess the situation, confirm the issues, and properly fix both fillings. She was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I’m very grateful for her work—as well as the professionalism of the reception team. Unfortunately, I had to return four or five times to correct the original two fillings, and I dealt with discomfort, difficulty chewing, and bleeding/inflamed gums for about a month and a half. Because of this, I would not recommend this clinic to my friends or family—though I truly appreciate Dr. Gordon’s professionalism and skill. In all my years with Maple Dental Health, I have never had such an unsatisfactory experience. This was a simple two-filling appointment, and I can’t imagine how a more complicated procedure might have gone with the original dentist. I’ve also had multiple friends and family suggest that I switch dental clinics because of this experience. The reason I continue to stay is because I genuinely appreciate the efforts of Dr. Gordon, Jackie (my hygienist), and the amazing reception team. Their professionalism and care are the only reasons I keep coming back.
