We contacted Igor two years ago to get his opinion on a small repair near our chimney. Igor took detailed photos and explained to us what the issue was, what the effects of the damage could be if left unattended, and noted the long term implications of the status of our roof. He mentioned that while the repair was necessary, the rest of our roof still had a few more years to go before it needed to be changed (something that other companies said needed to be done on the spot with them and for a HUGE markup too). Igor patched up the roof. We kept in touch over the years and he finally redid our entire roof. What he told us 2 years ago and his suspicions was absolutely correct and we now have a brand new roof!
