Ira did a wonderful job cleaning, we have 2 pets so lots of fur and she got every corner! She was incredibly friendly and professional. Communication with the company for booking was smooth and efficient. Very pleasant experience overall.

Communication with the administrator was good. The cleaners were quite thorough, and I was home for the full time they were cleaning so I know they were working hard. I liked the small details, such as how they folded the toilet paper and extra towels in the bathroom and added garbage bags to bins that didn’t have any. However, I didn’t like the excess use of chemicals used. For example, one of the cleaners sprayed so much oven cleaner on the oven grills (on the counter) that she and I couldn’t stop coughing and I had to open a window. The residue got all over our backsplash and was not cleaned up. They also used a ton of cleaner in our microwave. It has now been over a month and I have not been able to get the smell out. I contacted the company twice to ask for suggestions and to get details on what was used but did not receive a response. As many have mentioned, they also could not finish the job and asked me to pay for more man-hours. A few areas were missed and I didn’t notice them until after the walk through. I don’t have anyone to compare them too since I’ve never used house cleaners before, but I think I’d like to go with someone who uses more natural cleaning products when possible.

Natalia and Alona from Maids in Pink did an outstanding job with maintenance cleaning of my bathroom, kitchen, and floors. They were thorough, leaving every surface sparkling without using harsh chemical cleaners, which I really appreciated. I believe it was Tatiana and Katya who helped clean my apartment today! It was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and they did not disappoint!!
