Awful costumer service. If you have warranty with them, they will do everything in their power to not come and fix your roof. I had to deal with them for 2 weeks and they still have not gotten anyone to come and fix the roof. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stress and just look for a different company

Greg was amazing to deal with in the process, documentation and all questions answered. Jules was on site when the roof was being done - it was quite a job, removal of metal and then removal of previous tar and gravel on my flat roof. Job was completed on time, even with weather and with the new roof, my heating bill even came down being done properly. Solana was great to work with regarding the billings. I have a separate garage to do in a year or two and they will be getting a call to deal with that one too. Thanks so very much! Sheri Lynn

We went through Madge roofing to change from shingles to metal, and I am super pleased with the end result. The man they contracted to do the metal was awesome and does great quality work, he came all the way from Kelowna! The price was reasonable and when the roof had taken longer than expected the agreed-on price was honoured. Madge was also very accommodating when it came to exchanging payment and would ask if everything went well. The only negative feedback I gave him is that the initial guys that had removed the shingles left a lot of nails whereas the guy they had doing the metal was great at cleaning up after himself at the end of the job and was even pulling out scraps from the eaves. One thing to be aware of, if you are going with metal and you get the amazing guy we got, he is meticulous and is not a crew of 20 guys rushing through. It is not a fast job, and it shows in the quality. Be patient, it is worth it!

From the salesman to the crews we were very pleased with Madge from top to bottom. The repaired multiple roofs for us following a big hail storm and even clad the walls of our 111 year old barn for us. Crews left the site as clean as they day they showed up. They all went above and beyond to complete the job. I would highly recommend them for asphalt shingles or metal roofing. Fantastic service from great people. It’s always tough finding someone to come to a remote location for a project and Madge delivered on everything as promised in a rural location.

We had great service to replace the shingles on our roof for the house and garage. The guys were fast and the workmanship was great. Communication was precise and accurate by phone, text and email. We would recommend them and are pleased with our new roof.
