We had a leak in our basement and didn't have access to water on the weekend between Christmas and New Years. Justin was prompt and friendly with his communication, offered to come over the following morning, fixed the leak, and restored the water! He was knowledgeable, quick, and the pricing was transparent and fair. After not being able to find anyone else available over the holiday weekend, he truly saved the day for us and we'll definitely be reaching out again next time we need a plumber!

I've used Macleod's Plumbing & Heating once before, and Justin provided great service. So when I had a clogged kitchen drain we did not hesitate to call Macleod's again. I'll be honest there was a few days wait, but understandably my problem wasn't an emergency so I waited since my previous experience was so good. Could not have been more glad I did. Jesse came to help with the kitchen clog, and it turned out to be a decades long build-up of crap from the previous tenants. It turned into a long 2 day job with multiple sections of pipe needing to be cut, had to call Glen and Justin in for help and backup, plus special equipment rental to get the clog free. Jesse was friendly and professional. They charge for honest work and don't over invoice, which could've easily happened to me with how long the job ended up being. On top of that they're by far the cleanest plumbers I've hired knowing how bad the smells can get if the cleanup isn't good. I would recommend Macleod's Plumbing & Heating to anyone for their services. A+++

Our furnace motor failed, another furnace guy I trusted recommended Justin, and when I called and told him we had no heat he squeezed me in that day. The next day Justin and his employees were back mid morning with a new furnace which they had installed by 4 PM. Justin was wonderful to deal with and he and his guys were all personable and thorough and very competent. We would highly recommend Macleod’s Plumbing & Heating.
