As a longtime customer for at least 15 years, we always recommend Machray Animal Hospital, especially our vet Dr. Keddie. We value the excellent and honest advice, and care and concern shown over the years for our pets (cats & dogs). The service from all staff is friendly, patient, and they go the extra mile. The office always has informative and relevant notices, events and magazines for customers which I appreciate.

I have been coming here for about 6 years now with my two cats and dog. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I fully trust their judgment and find the prices reasonable. I appreciate how they can always get me in quickly when i have an urgent situation.

It's a phone call you don't want to ever receive that your fur baby has been hurt. Your quick action to be available for her to receive what I've known with all my fur babies is she would receive the best care at Machray Animal Hospital. over the past 4 years I have always had the best service, the best care, and love that Machray Drs. and support staff, have gone above and beyond for me and my 2 dogs! they have been patient and understanding with my concerns and fears and I have been able to have my questions clearly answered, utilized phone follow up and squeezed in when necessary! can't say enough good things about them and highly recommend them to all pet owners, Nancy

Never a disappointment when we come see Dr. McDonnell and staff. We have been going to this clinic since our dog was a puppy. They are always providing excellent service and I am certain our dog is in good hands. Could not ask for a better team.
