Booked an apt for my wedding for myself and my mom. ONE girl doing both of our hair so me sitting waiting while she did my mom's then stopped to start mine. After an hour my mom's very short hair not done, no product in it, and TWO hours later for an updue for me. My mom ended up leaving and had to go home to do her hair herself, and I got soaked in hairspray because they refused to put a cape on me even after I asked. Not to mention I was then late for my makeup apt which made me run late for my wedding AND it looked nothing like what I asked for. Very unprofessional especially when she decided to stop my hair n talk to other clients or go on her phone. This place is a joke and it seemed like no one had a clue what they were doing. Stay far FAR away!! Reply to owner: Will you be reimbursing me for my hair extensions that you ruined?

I took my niece to get her haircut here by Kevin and she was not pleased with the results. The layers were choppy and her bangs her too short. We will not be coming back to this place, would not recommend. Fire him.

I went to this hair studio for hair colour and it was the best decision. The new owner Gemma is so friendly and recommended what will be good for my hair. She was super friendly and did an excellent job on my hair. The hair colour turned out really well. Definitely going there again 💯 🌟
