Jessica does not just do a facial, she provides a full wellness experience. Her knowledge of products is evident in how she customizes everything to your needs. She takes the time to understand what your body and skin is going through, not just physically but mentally and spiritually. She is intune to help you rest fully during your experience. She leaves your whole body feeling restored after your treatment. Jessica definitely has the magic touch. This is a 5 star facial I would expect to receive and she delivers above and beyond. My face felt so refreshed, smooth and youthful the next day. Do yourself a favour and visit Polished for your skin care needs. The product line Eminence Organics is a game changer. I had the 5 star facial with Jessica. She picked products specific to my skin. It’s not just a face treatment, she includes your neck and chest. I added on light therapy to my afternoon of relaxation; Jessica stays and massages you from head to waist performing lymphatic drainage techniques instead of just leaving the room like many other places. At the end she then goes over all the products she used if you’d like to purchase them. Plus she keeps the product/treatment on your file so you can gradually switch over to eminiscence. This was a lovely treat as an expecting momma. Jessica ensured I was comfortable the entire time and that all products were pregnancy safe. Highly recommend this high end experience as Jessica leaves you feeling refreshed and highly moisturized.

Have had the most amazing experiences at Polished Beauty Spa. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing, and Jessica is the best Esthetician I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to lots. She is very knowledgeable and explains in detail the treatment and the products before the treatment starts. The 5 Star Facial is so much more than a Facial, it is an incredible experience that leaves you wanting to come back again and again. The treatments are tailored to each individual based on your skin care needs and concerns, and you leave with your skin looking and feeling amazing. Thanks Jessica for incredible service!

Review for Polished Spa I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating facial with Jessica at Polished Spa. From the moment the treatment started with deep breathing and a calming massage, I could feel the stress from my long week melt away. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about Éminence products and took the time to explain what she was using and why it was right for my skin. I also appreciated how approachable and helpful she was when I asked for advice on my teenage daughter’s skincare routine—her recommendations were so practical and thoughtful. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and well-informed. My skin is glowing!!! I highly recommend booking a facial with Jessica, she truly knows her craft and makes the entire experience feel special!
