Luxcor and Vivian are by far the best cleaning company and service I’ve had the pleasure of working with for short-term rental cleaning. They are highly professional, dependable, and provide exceptional cleaning services. Vivian, in particular, is a pleasure to communicate with and rely on. Excellent company! Walter arrived right on time and immediately got to work. It did take longer than his initial estimate, but he stayed till he was finished without complaint, leaving about 10:20pm. (He gave me a half an hour heads up so I could come back and lock up the store.) When I first called him a couple days before I wasn't able to tell him the square footage as it was for my work, and I didn't have that information. He came in shortly after our conversation to take a look at the space and give an estimate. I really appreciated it! He made the process much easier on me, an employee who was asked to find a company. If my boss asks me to call someone again, I'll definitely hire him again! A+
