I had an amazing experience with Luna. I’ve had good massage therapists before, but Luna completely changed my expectations! She was incredibly skilled and professional, and the session was truly exceptional. I highly recommend her — 100%!

Absolutely amazing! From the reception to the massage therapist, everyone was welcoming and very professional. The environment was very soothing and the massage therapist made me feel secure and relaxed! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the most relaxing massage. Will be going again :)

I booked the full $250 two-hour treatment, massage, foot, face, cupping, the whole nine yards. It was nice, but honestly it felt like she would start something and then switch to something else within a few seconds. And you know that feeling when someone just doesn’t really want to be there? It kind of felt like that. They also moved locations inside the building and forgot to tell me, so I ended up scrambling around trying to find it. One elevator didn’t work, the other wouldn’t come, and I had to go down these really sketchy stairs to the basement. I know that’s not technically their fault, but it didn’t help the experience, especially since I wasn’t told ahead of time. When I finally got there, I had to lay waiting on the bed for about 10–15 minutes before the massage therapist even came into the room. She was nice, but not very warm or inviting, if that makes sense. Was it nice? Yes. Was it worth $250? Definitely not. I’ve had better experiences at places that cost less. The receptionist, to be fair, was amazing and super sweet. Also, you could hear so much noise and commotion from outside the room, which took me out of it a lot. I also got a runny nose and when I asked for a tissue she seemed kinda annoyed at me? Idk it was weird, I understand people have their days but for my first ever experience and from booking online I didn’t know what to expect. It felt rushed I guess? Like they wanted me to leave? Idk I could be totally reading it wrong lol Overall, it was relaxing in moments, but I booked the full two hours hoping to actually feel fully relaxed and get proper pain relief, and I just didn’t. Maybe other people love this place, but my experience didn’t live up to the expectations I had based on the website and reviews. And I don’t think it was worth it, I would’ve rather booked somewhere else for a shorter appointment to have a more relaxed and welcoming feeling during the whole experience not just a few minutes per treatment during the session. So it was good but not great. very mid, one might say lol.

I've enjoyed many massages at Luna Spa over the past 2 years. All the masseuses have done an amazing job but I've had the best experience with Luna! She's always been attentive, kind, and professional. She's introduced me to cupping and hot stones and will truly go above and beyond to create the most relaxing experience for me - my only disappointment is when the massage is over! I tried lots of different massage clinics before finding Luna Spa and there's no comparison. I've started getting couples massages with my husband who also agrees. I would highly recommend Luna Spa and will happily continue getting regular massages here.

They have friendly staff and customer service, but the experience was not ideal. I unfortunately had a terrible experience here today. I came for a 60 minute massage with face massage and I was not very impressed with the location at first, but decided to give them a chance based on reviews. It was not very welcoming and I don’t even know the name of the RMT as no one told me and she did not introduce herself. The staff were nice, but the location and experience is terrible. There was construction going on during my entire massage and I could hear all conversations and noises from the waiting room. I was cold, uncomfortable and could not relax. They play music off of youtube and it went to ads during my massage too. I’m sure the rmt is good it was an OK massage and she was nice but i left feeling stressed out and less relaxed than when i came in. I will not be returning and unfortunately do not recommend unless they change location and focus on the more spa relaxing experience.
